This exciting position is a genuine first within a modern, forward thinking business with a 100 year track record of success within the Residential, Commercial and Rural property markets.

The marketing function is currently supported by a part-time co-ordinator who has successfully developed a wide range of supporting collateral including the website, printed literature, newsletter and eMail marketing.

The new Marketing Manager will lead the entire marketing function, engage with the senior partners and deliver a range of marketing communications that cross media platforms and stimulate interest from several, clearly defined target audiences.

Given their continued strategy for growth, the successful Marketing Manager will proactively build on the positive brand perception that exists within the market place and develop a range of marketing collateral accordingly.

You will take full ownership of the marketing function, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
ƒ{- Directing the brand strategy through the development and evolution of new and existing marketing collateral
ƒ{- Enhancing the existing positive opinion of the business within the market place
ƒ{- Developing an effective platform of MarComms to engage both B2B & B2C prospects & customers
