Accustomed to working directly at the Client interface, you will visit, pitch & win new and existing clients, developing a close, professional ‘consultancy’ relationship. Equally you will work proactively with a key selection of truly high calibre professionals, matching relevant skills and experiences to the clients' needs.
You must be accustomed to meeting your candidates face-to face and be skilled at ‘unlocking’ them to ascertain their skills and requirements, with the inherent ability to treuly understand the key cultural nuances so often critical in ensuring we deliver beyond a Clients aspirations.
Your motivated sales drive will reflect in your resilience and determination when developing your desk and your strong customer focused attitude will show through your enthusiasm and tenacity when managing Client projects and interviewing/placing candidates.
You must be able to demonstrate a keen eye for an opportunity, exceptional communication skills and a demonstrably strong track record of Client/Sales centric approach.
