Duties will include loading and unloading of pallets, boxes and goods from racking / HGV lorries. This is a contract that is set to last up until Christmas, but any longer hasn’t been ruled out. Set up automated DEK Stencil Printer Set up automated PCB loader Able to hand load components before reflow Basic maintenance of SMT machines Report any problems to supervisor Pick components and prepare kits for manufacturing Successful candidates must have previous experience within this environment. Knowledge of Setting and operating SMT assembly equipment such as Glue Dispensing Machine, Pick and Place Machine and Reflow Oven would be an advantage, but not essential. An understanding of hand soldering, visual inspection and use of hand tools is essential. Interpreting IPC-A-610 standards for customer specifications is desirable but not necessary.
