Production Controller opportunity with a manufacturing company based on the Kent / Surrey border.
The job will involve:-
ERP, MRP System Use, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Bills of Material, Shop Floor Documentation, Mfg Efficiency Analysis
Understanding Customers requirements - JIT / Bespoke/Made to Order /Small Batch Manufacturing Process
Reviewing and Issuing Technical Drawings
Entering and Processing Sales Order Acknowledgements
Understanding sales order line requirements and liaising with customers with requirements and delivery dates
Production & Materials Co-ordinator/Planning
Raising, adding and amending works orders for the factory production lines and printing job cards
Understanding Part Details - writing, adding and amending
Understanding BoM (Bill of Materials) - writing, adding and amending
Understanding Manufacturing Routings - writing, adding and amending
Production assistance, supervision - communication and troubleshooting (in office and shop floor)
Labour and Works Order checking, analysing and reporting
Shop Floor Process Improvements Recommendations
Observing quality control and enforcing Quality assurance with First Article Inspection
Resolves personnel problems by analysing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labour, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains product and process data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Candidates must have 5+years' experience in manufacturing with specific experience of ERP/MRP systems and Excel gained in a production control, manufacturing systems engineering or similar role and live within commuting distance of Edenbridge.

Coffee Field Service Engineer – Bolton/ Bury
We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical / Mechanical Field Service Engineer.
Our client is one of the biggest competitors within the Bean to Cup Commercial coffee industry with clients such as well known supermarket chains and all major petrol forecourts. They now seek a Field Service Engineer to cover Bolton/ Bury

* Ideally you will have a background within Vending and slot machines
