You will need to be a motivated individual with previous experience in a branded restaurant environment. The successful Restaurant Manager will would enjoy working in a high volume environment, being a positive communicator with the ability to implement high standards among their staff and is extremely organised with a hands on approach to working. Have an understanding of P&Ls, weekly net sales, more dry led than wet led and have ran a large unit for more than two years.
