Scanning: to ensure that all data and correspondence is correctly scanned to the company’s systems and that this is kept reasonably up-to-date.
File Structures: to ensure that all client files are well structured and logically arranged according to the company’s prescribed methods for filing.
Relationships
Clients: to nurture and enhance the relationships between the company and its clients thus creating trust and confidence on behalf of the client.
Suppliers: to nurture and enhance relationships between the company and the various departments within each of its suppliers.
