Quarterly Reports: to ensure that everything is up to date so that when this report is updated it is updated correctly.
Tenant Rebilling: to complete the Tenant Rebilling for various sites on a quarterly basis and forward to the client.
Energy Efficiency Reports: to update these quarterly and forward to the client.
Meter Reads: to ensure that we are receiving monthly meter reads for all sites and pass these to the relevant suppliers to ensure that all accounts are billed accurately.

Filing
Physical filing: to ensure that the physical files of each client are maintained in good order and that filing, in general, is kept reasonably up-to-date.
Scanning: to ensure that all data and correspondence is correctly scanned to the company’s systems and that this is kept reasonably up-to-date.
File Structures: to ensure that all client files are well structured and logically arranged according to the company’s prescribed methods for filing.

Relationships
Clients: to nurture and enhance the relationships between the company and its clients thus creating trust and confidence on behalf of the client.
Suppliers: to nurture and enhance relationships between the company and the various departments within each of its suppliers.
Client Contracts and Agreements and Letters of Authority: to ensure that a copy of the client contract is held centrally by the company and to be aware of their content and the scope of work which the company is contracted to deliver and to ensure that such requirements are being met.
