Job Role

Working closely with sales team to implement new contracts with Universities
Recruitment Industry experience would be ideal
Analyse our client's needs to be able to adjust our processes and services accordingly
Develop a long-lasting relationship with clients at Universities
Analyse our internal processes to improve effectiveness and reduce costs
Advise on continuous improvement of our services
Have the ability to think 'outside the box' and be creative in solutions to clients needs Preferred Skills:

Previous experience of dealing with hr processes, including TUPE transfers
Experience of analysing process' and implementing change
Understanding of financial implications would be useful
Proven ability to exceed expectations
