Quantity Surveyor- Perm
Main Contractor- New Build and refurbishment projects up to £3million
Salary Up to 40k + Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business in the midlands. The company is a privately owned main contractor who specializes in jobs from 500k to 2million in project value. It's a small team where everyone works together so the ideal candidate will have to work well in a team.
Ideal candidates will be running your own jobs as a Quantity Surveyor and have a good CV which demonstrates a solid employment history. .
Key Requirements:
The usual QS's duties Placing orders and dealing with Sub-contractors first hand. Value Engineering Be commercial aware Able to deal with tough negotiations and pressures of fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail.
