Responsible for the Technical activity within a cell to enable the site to produce the highest quality products, at the lowest possible cost, on time to meet operational requirements.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Delivery:
- Ensure through relevant Process Engineering Leader that Product Direction, site efficiency and investment projects are introduced effectively and to budget, taking into account cell specific requirements;

Quality:
- Ensure all processes and equipment are to a standard that supports site quality KPI’s;
- Ensure Manufacturing processes deliver continuous improvement in quality utilising FMEA’s;
- Ensure adherence to relevant Company Technical procedures.
Cost:
- Have an input into plans/strategies to include investments for subsequent years efficiency budgets;
- Control of revenue within defined area of responsibility;
- Reporting out weekly/monthly KPI’s.
Safety:
- Create a safe working environment by developing safe systems of work in relevant area.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Regulations at all levels through training, communication, risk assessments and audits, including all projects/investments and Industrial Engineering.
People Management:
- Assist the Cell leader with the co-ordination of the skilled resource within the cell.
