Bell Cornwall Associates are looking to recruit a Five Star Front of House Executive to join our corporate client in a brand new role, primarilly based at their head offices in Warwick but also providing cover at 2 additional sites in Warwick and Coventry as required. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your previous customer facing experience within a varied role in a highly professional environment.
Our client pride themselves on providing a first class customer service to their own clients at all times. This means that their welcome team play an integral role within the organisation, ensuring that from the first moment visitors have contact with the company they are provided with the highest quality service. The role we are currently looking to fill is a brand new position which will see you working across 3 sites on behalf of our client, with your primary goal being to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring that they are left with a positive lasting impression of the company.
You will primarily be based at their stylish, custom built head offices in Warwick, however you will also be required to provide support at 2 further sites in Warwick and Coventry, so it essential that you possess your own transport and are happy to commit to a regional role.
Ideal candidates for this role will possess excellent customer liaison skills, ideally having been gained either within a five star hospitality environment (e.g. cabin crew/hotels) or a corporate/professional services environment.

Exciting opportunity for a versatile and enthusiastic individual to support a group of entrepreneurial company directors in a varied and fast paced administration role.
Our client is a rapidly growing organisation who have already secured major business deals with major retail stores in the UK and internationally with their innovative product. With business set to soar over the next 12 months the directors are looking to build their team with individuals who will proactively assist in contributing to their on-going success, and are currently looking to take on a PA to support them at their offices in the Coleshill area.
This will be a fantastically varied role which will include the following:
Booking travel both nationally and internationally on behalf of the Directors Coordinating team movements and producing weekly schedules Preparing materials for client and team meetings Sales order processing and coordinating delivery of goods Ad hoc support with HR and Finance administration The role will ideally suit candidates who have had exposure to a similarly varied team administration/PA support role, and who have a real desire to develop and grow with the company. The position represents a great opportunity to build on your skills and experience and you will be joining the company at a particularly exciting time in their own development.
Due to the aspects of sales administration within the role it would be beneficial if you have experience of similar work in your previous roles, particularly if this entailed SAP usage and a knowledge of shipping and export processes. This is not a prerequisite for the role though, and candidates with more generalist PA/coordination experience will also be considered.
**Due to the location of the company it is absolutely essential that you have a full driving license and your own transport, as the company's offices are not on any direct public transport links.**

Our Chester based client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team to undertake a week's temporary assignment. Due to the temporary nature of the role, all applicants must be available for an immediate start and be able to commit to the full length of the contract. The temporary assignment runs from Monday 19th March through to Friday 23rd March and Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th March (With all applicants needing to be flexible with hours)

As a highly motivated Receptionist the key focus for this role will be to provide exceptional customer service.
