The role requires the individual to develop and grow new and existing accounts to achieve pre-defined performance targets. The role will be office based, proactive tele-sales and account management.
Key Activities:
Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:
-Proactive generation of incremental business through developing accounts
-Create and develop relationships with key decision makers within target reseller customers
-Individual and team margin targets
-Developing new business relationships (either from opportunities generated personally or by the Marketing team)
-Assisting with customer queries and problems in conjunction with Sales Admin.
-Management and ownership of sales targets and performance.
-Maximise performance through effective use of marketing and vendor specific programmes

HOURS OF WORK
The company's standard hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch, however due to the nature of this role flexibility is required, especially at month and quarter ends. There may also be some infrequent travel required and potentially the odd overnight stay.
