The Heysham site requires a Laboratory Supervisor to ensure the efficient and effective running of laboratory functions to required standards consistent with company management systems.
The successful applicant will:
Provide technical assistance as required to the laboratory, ensuring that a high standard of health and safety is maintained within the department, through own actions and by instruction to others.
Use key skills such as prioritisation and time-management in this hands-on role and it is expected that help and training for Technicians will be given when required.

The client site requires a Laboratory Chemist to become part of a small team. The Laboratory Chemists duties will primarily include materials sampling and analysis and blending of products to meet specifications and deadlines.
The successful applicant will:
The successful candidate will ideally be qualified to degree level in Chemistry (or closely related discipline) or equivalent experience particularly in the area of maintaining laboratory equipment.
Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Word/Excel is required, together with good verbal and written communication skills in order to maintain effective communications providing information to other departments to ensure the smooth running of the Goods Inward systems.

Our Client is looking for a dynamic sales executive.
They are looking for someone to develop the sale of recovered solvents onto the European Continent except UK and Spain in accordance with company strategy. The aim is to remove reliance on selling to Traders and we will measure % volume sales to trader to show a reducing trend.
The ideal candidate will be able to prospect, data search and identify potential end users for selected solvents contacting identified companies and work to gain status of approved supplier to identified end users including visits, sampling and specification and negotiation as required. The role will also involve the development and management of allocated customers and third parties. The candidate will be able to Identify ordering patterns and provide forecast off takes for these customers to the relevant Solvent Sales Manager for incorporation into the sales plan.
The successful applicant must be able to display excellent communication and negotiation skills, showing diligence and be commercially aware.
The role is a national based role and address is not relevant.
