Duties will include: *Front of house duties, greeting customers and answering the telephones. * Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate * Processing orders using the SAP system. * Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments * Dealing with correspondence and writing letters. * Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post * Learn and absorb product information so that you can advise and assist clients with their order. * Liaising with the administration team based in Germany This role will also include an element of marketing and sales to include the following: * Speaking to potential clients in order to gain information about sales opportunities * Sending out brochures & samples * Providing advice on products and services * Producing advertising and marketing materials To apply for the role of Customer Services Executive you will meet the following criteria: * Previous customer service & administration experience * A self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills * First class organisational skills * Experience of processing orders using SAP or similar CRM system * A high level of proficiency in software packages such as Word & Excel * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * German language skills would be extremely desirable however not essential.

My client is looking for experienced Residential Support Workers to join their busy team supporting adults within their service in the Wigan area. To apply for the role of Residential Support Worker you must hold a current Moving and Handling training certificate. An NVQ L3 Health and Social Care would be desirable but not essential. A full UK driving licence will also be desirable but not essential.
