We are representing a fast growing international automotive equipment manufacture. They are currently seeking an injection moulding machine tool setter with relevant manufacturing experience.
Specialising in the manufacture of technically demanding components for a broad base of clients in the automotive industry, my client requires an experienced, hands on Setter able to condition set, tool change, process trouble shoot and optimise a range of injection moulding machinery ranging from 160 tonnes-750 tonnes fitted with 3-axis pick and place robots.
As Setter you will be required to produce a broad range of parts and components utilising materials such as glass filled nylon.
Person Requirements:
The ideal applicant will hold a relevant qualification and/or undergone formal training (BPTA, G&A Moulding etc.) The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of injection moulding materials, coupled with a solid understanding of injection moulding machinery and automation/robots.
Confidence to work on own initiative is required as is the ability to effectively communicate with others.

Duties
