Mining Recruitment Consultant – Engineering
We are currently recruiting for a mining recruitment consultant to specialise within the engineering function. You will be working International market places, predominantly, the African market, one of the main hubs in the mining industry.
Mine engineers specialise in how to extract the commodity. They design the extraction method, how and where to ‘blast’ and engineer it accordingly. You will be responsible for placing locals and ex-pats into companies that are in or going into production.
This is a warm desk, so there are clients and jobs ready and available to be worked therefore there is money to be made immediately. We have an immediate vacancy for a Cruise Ship Recruitment Specialist. This roles sits within our Southampton Seagoing team and covers International ship operations from Europe to the Amazon. Faststream have built a solid track record in this tough marketplace that is based entirely on delivering the highest quality service offering. This is a highly niche Seagoing market that is very dynamic, our aim is to work in collaboration with key clients in order to help them to achieve their business goals.
We are working with luxury cruise lines and world famous brands, some of the most incredibe vessel types and the most interesting itineries. This position requires an astute, forward thinking individual who can deliver exemplory recruitment services. You will be working on assignments with high profile organisatios for the most senior people on board, like the ship’s Captain or Hotel Director. You will be required to deliver an extremely high level of networking activity and build trusting relationships with clients to be succesful. Proven sales ability, desire to develop business and ability to conduct valuable client and candidate meetings are essential.
Excellent commission structure available, including bonus and competitive basic salaries. A work hard play hard environment where hard work is recognised.
