Our client is a well known financial services company based in the Greater Manchester area. They are currently seeking experienced sales executives to join their expanding team.
Duties include dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls using a dialler system. You will be able to build up relationships with customers and show understanding of certain financial difficulties that the customer may be in. You will be able to keep up to date with the various products that the customer may be suitable for. You will have experience of building up customer trust and be able to obtain customer information to find if they are eligible for help.
This is a targeted role and you will receive a monthly bonus based on the sales that you make. The targets are very achievable and realistic and full training is provided at the start and this is maintain throughout your career with them.
You will be required to cold call customers from a database to see if they are interested in any financial help.
Experience/Skills
• Sales experience
• Experience of working within a call centre environment
• Accustomed to a target driven environment
• Professional and approachable telephone manner
• Ideally knowledge of financial products but this is not essential
• Keen to progress within a company
Our client are keen believers in helping their employees progress within the company and offer many internal promotions.
Hours will be Monday to Thursday 11am-7.30pm and Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The successful candidate will be responsible for making contact with clients and selling PPI refunds, they must meet daily and weekly targets of sending business out and chasing in their own business.
This is an outbound sales role on an automatic dialer. Full product and sales training is provided along however we are looking for dedicated, self motivated individuals with a competitive attitude to sell.
