Role: Marine Construction Manager
Location: Cyprus
Job type: Full time - Permanent
Salary: Excellent remunerations package on offer
Role:
o Degree qualified Civil Engineer
o A minimum 10 years relevant experience in Marine construction with at least 2 years experience in Jetty construction
o Experience should cover driven steel piles for the jetty, construction of pile caps, fabrication and erection of the jetty steel structure and associated required quality assurance and quality control inspections.
o Previous experience should include coordination with specialist subcontractors involved in the construction of the jetty, as well as subcontractors deployed to complete all the mechanical and electrical work on the jetty, including piping, instrumentation, fire fighting systems, erection of loading arms and berthing systems.
o Within the role as coordinator you will be required to foresee design issues and liaise with the designers to resolve queries and problems in advance of construction activities.
o Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken is a prerequisite.
o The Jetty Coordinator will report to the Project Manager.
