Our client is in the FMCG sector within Airport Services
The role: They have an need for an experienced HR Manager. Looking after a site with circa 350 staff members. This is a part time role either 4 days a week or the hours can be spread over 5 days. Total salary is £40,000 plus benefits
Key responsibilities
Ensure HR support is aligned to business objective
Liaise with unions
Rolling out policies
Pay negotiations
Job Re-modelling
Change management
Recruitment / recruitment strategy
TUPE
Promoting HR within the business
Provide HR advice and support to operational environment (disciplinary, grievance, capability & conduct etc)
Ensure consistent implementation of advice is in line with policies and procedures, current employment law legislation and/or common law principles
Skills & qualifications
Experience in an HR environment and preferably CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
Experience of working in a Unionised environment
Driving licence and car
Detail orientated
Solutions focused
Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with high volumes of ER cases
Strong attention to detail
