• Ensure consistent implementation of advice is in line with policies and procedures, current employment law legislation and/or common law principles

Skills & qualifications
• Experience in an HR environment and preferably CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
• Experience of working in a “Unionised” environment
• Driving licence and car
• Detail orientated
• Solutions focused
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with high volumes of ER cases
• Strong attention to detail
