Due to an employee progressing within the organisation, Verify Europe is looking for a strong administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Program Administrator role forms part of a Program Management team, specifically assisting Account Managers in meeting the demands of our customer base and includes daily interaction with our field representatives throughout Europe. This is a varied role, with the following main responsibilities:
- Performing the coordination of field engineers, ensuring that they are in the right place at the right time
- Booking international travel (flights, car hire and hotels)
- Provide assistance with updating of program documents
- Monitor customer requirements to ensure deadlines are met
- Support the identification of new engineers
- Monitor program performance and ensure appropriate controls are in place
- Maintain monthly contact with a team of in excess of 60 field reps
- Perform various administrative tasks including telephone answering, filing, document collation etc.
Program coordinators are expected to successfully support both internal and external needs, to totally satisfy our Customers and as such, the following experience and qualification would be preferred:
- Minimum of two years office experience, preferably in a customer orientated role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional telephone skills, being able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Preferred experience in booking travel would be advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Database

We currently have a requirement for a quality control coordinator to be based at a client site in Cambridge. Ideally, candidates will be available to start immediately and support the project on a full-time basis for 3 months. We’d be interested in hearing from candidates with the below background and experience:
• An extensive quality control background within the aerospace industry
• Experience within a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience conducting internal audits – certification desirable but not required
