PA to Executive Vice President Brentford* Temporary * £18000 - £20000 About our client: Our client is a Market leader in the Asian entertainment market. Description: Our prestigious client are currently recruiting for an experienced PA for a 6 month interim contract. To provide a high quality co-ordination, secretarial and administrative assistance to the Executive Vice President. To maintain the office diary and organise daily commitments and appointments, Administration for the International Business (travel, finance, contracts etc for the EVP International) Look after the arrangements for the meeting in terms of schedule, timing, resources, mailers Printing Requirements (Envelopes, Letterheads, Visiting cards, revenue & postal stamps, Business reply envelopes and other stationery requirement, maintaining log) Compose correspondence/reports for signatures to be taken internally Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play Process replies on own initiative or from EVP's dictation or notes Make travel arrangements through internal agents for EVP and staff members, ensuring approvals are in place before issuing tickets, prepare itinerary, trip file and supplies. Shifts are: Tuesday to Saturday Hours: Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri: 15.00 - 23.00 hrs & 17.00 - 02.00 hrs Saturday: 10.00 - 19.30 hrs Due to location, own transport is recommended. Pay rate: £7.27 per hour (will be lower during the training period of the first 12 weeks) You will be moving cages / magnums, scanning cards quickly and to target. The work environment is a 24/7/365 days a year outfit, so flexibility is essential. It can be cold in the Winter time, so, you must be prepared to wrap up warm and work outside as well as inside. You may be helping to load / unload lorries.
