A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and SALES driven retail Store Manager, to join a leading Furniture retailer in the Leicester area. This home retailer has over 165 stores nationwide and they are the UK's biggest specialist supplier of home furniture. They take pride in delivering excellent customer service, availability and people development.

What you'll be doing as a Store Manager:

You will have ultimate responsibility for the store, its staff, bottom line profits, service and compliance.
You will be managing a team of up to 7 people and a turnover up to 2 Million per year.
You will be directly responsible for all operational, stock, customer service, staff training development issues and store initiatives.
You will be fully accountable for driving sales and exceeding profit targets.
You will be developing and implementing business plans and communicating targets, objectives to your team.

What they are looking for in you as a Store Manager:

Ideally you will have a wealth of Store Management experience within a commission led retail environment.
You will be a strong leader with the ability to consistently drive and improve the overall performance of the store.
You will be very commercial aware and have a positive approach to performance coaching.
