The business is committed to continuous improvement and professional development, to this end our client is now seeking an experienced Technical Auditor to join their highly motivated team and to continue to deliver exceptional safe and quality products to their customers.
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality & technical standards within high care packhouses. You will also be responsible for the day to day management of best practise along with updating KPI information and supporting new product development.
Ideally you should have at least 3 years experience of post-graduate work experience in a similar technical role. You will need to have worked within the production function understanding the pressures on labour and quality as well as utilising your knowledge of BRC, HACCP & ISO standards. Excellent interpersonal skills are vital in order for you to develop and assure a great working relationship within the team.

Our client is now seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to join their highly motivated team and to continue to deliver exceptional quality products to their customers.

Our client was founded in 2005 and controls 318,000 hectares in the central Black Earth regions of Russia; namely Voronezh, Lipetsk, Kursk and Tambov. The company’s main business is crop production and around that, pre-and post- harvest logistics, crop handling and storage, and marketing. The key crops are Wheat, Barley, Corn, Sunflower Soya and Rapeseed.The company now seeks a full-time and permanent Harvest and Logistics Manager to work alongside the senior team to co-ordinate and control operations from field, through storage, to market.
The successful candidate will be initially required to manage the logistics operation for the 2012 harvest. He/she will be required to identify and correct the constraints within the current plans and systems of operation, developing operational efficiency in utilisation of facilities and equipment, harvesting and haulage operations, planning and scheduling. You will work closely with the existing senior Farming team throughout and will be part of an on-going infrastructure and operational review as part of the development of a robust long term strategy for 2013 onwards.You will be able to provide and deliver leading edge logistics expertise and experience, blending this with our client’s understanding of the farming operations, complexities and constraints of facilities and resources, and customer/product requirements.
We are interested in you if you can demonstrate much of the following..
• 15 years’ experience working in a senior level logistics role
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Previous International exposure, ideally in emerging markets
• Preferably a Russian speaker with the ability to converse and influence at all levels within the organisation
• Ideally with either AGRI, Produce background, or FMCG experience and an appreciation of production and supply chain through to market
• Experience of operating in a complex, seasonal and time sensitive operations with clear service standards and measurable performance
• Happy to be based in the Voronezh area with regular travel required across the other 3 regions of Lipetsk, Kursk and Tambov
