Quality Assurer (PPI) / Quality Assurance (PPI)
A global organisation with sites across the UK require experienced Quality Assurer (PPI) with a FSA (Financial Services Authority) and PPI customer focussed background to under take a contact.
The daily rate for this role will be up to £275
The successful candidates will have a solid background in Quality Assurance of complaints and in providing sound advice and support to customers and possess specialist knowledge of financial services complaint regulations.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills (written, verbal and coaching) in addition to being able to plan own workload and meet strict deadlines.
