We are looking for candidates fluent in any one of the following languages:

Most projects are on a temporary basis and the duration of the projects can vary from a week or less to longer term assignments. Salary is usually around £7.00 per hour to £8.50 per hour according to the assignment. We pay holiday pay in addition.
Role Description:

Essentially the market research roles involve telephone-based research calling a range of either consumer of business clients over the phone an regarding products and services they have received, with a view to completing "customer satisfaction" studies. This does not involve any sales. Its purely research.
You should have an excellent command of your chosen language both written and orally – any one or more of the following languages are required:
Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, German, Swiss German, Flemish or Finnish
Using excellent attention to detail and PC Literacy skills, you will take down the information collected verbatim and log this in the internal database for delivery to the project managers.
Person Specification:

Ideally, you will have demonstrated Market Research Experience, preferably from within a similar market research agency, and will have a clear, confident and polite telephone manner. However, if you have the language skills and an interest in market research we would like to see your CV.
You must be flexible in your approach to work, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a reliable nature.
The ability to develop rapport with professionals over the phone is essential, as are strong written abilities and team-working skills.
