About Ad-Education
The fulfilment we feel after knowing that we have helped educational institutes find the staff they are looking for is what drives us forward. Education is a necessity and there is no room for mistakes. Just as every student is unique, we recognise the fact that every school, college, university as well as its teachers and teaching styles are also unique.
We are aware of the fact that some teachers like pupils are unique. Some teachers may have stronger behaviour management techniques and would be better placed in schools where behaviour management skills will help. At the same time some teachers may have industrial experience or may demonstrate greater subject knowledge. By examining CVs we will notify you of potential candidates in addition to your advertisement.
On the flip side, we examine educational organisations’ Ofsted report, exam result data to ensure we provide candidates with a thorough and accurate description of the establishment they apply for. This feedback ensures an effective and time saving application process for both organisations and candidates.
Furthermore we want to go a step further and help children who are in unfortunate circumstances. We will donate 2.5% from our profits to charities that provide for children such as The Children’s Trust, NSPCC, Whizz-Kidz or Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The other sections of this website (currently under construction) will hopefully show you why we are different (and dare we say better then our competitors) and how we understand our clients and candidates many and varied needs. This is the area where we set aside some time for you to understand us. If we can demonstrate our effectiveness then we have shown you one of the biggest and most important traits you should be looking for in an advertising service.
