Our client is looking for a Plant Operative for their Haydock branch, Merseyside to drive and operate aerial platforms.
Experience in the operation of aerial platforms would be an advantage however full training will be given. HGV licence is essential.
You must hold a full driving licence, have good communication skills and be customer focused. Flexibility and willingness to travel is essential.

Main Duties and Tasks
Operate machines in accordance with manufacturers recommendations, legislation, codes of practice and company policy to ensure customer satisfaction –

We are looking for a well presented, meticulous Concierge/Security professional to work as part of a team providing front desk reception and building security services 365 days per year. This is a permanent position covering the following hours on a shift/Flexible working pattern or job share basis.
Hours of Duty
Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) 07:00 to 09:30
AND 16:30 to 22:30
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 07:00 to 20:30
This will be a very high profile assignment, requiring excellent people skills, high-level literacy, the ability to understand the services provided and direct the public and business visitors as appropriate, combined with the presence to deal with unruly or disruptive behaviour and more conventional security matters.
Typical Duties (Not exclusive)
1. Open the site and building at the start of shift
2. Close-down the site and building at the end of the evening shift (note: areas above ground floor are opened and secured by the occupiers, or by cleaning staff as they go about their duties) including locking all ground floor doors and the undercroft gates
3. Deal with members of the public who mis-use the car park, obtaining a signed undertaking (having checked their identity and car reg. no.) before releasing their vehicle
4. Direct visitors – patients, clients or business visitors – to the appropriate service reception
5. At times when the services being sought are not open, direct people to alternative services, or advise them to return when open
6. Deal with unruly or disruptive behaviour, drinking or smoking. Persons may be asked to leave until they desist.
7. Restrict large groups from entering. As a general rule, only one person should accompany any patient, but this will need applying with sensitivity and common sense eg: handicapped persons, persons being held in custody / care, families with children, persons accompanied by language translators, and others, should be treated as exceptions to this general rule
8. Be aware of, and report to the Police, suspicious activity in the car parks or elsewhere on site
A range of scripts and handouts will be prepared to assist in dealings with the public, including the alternatives available when services are closed.

This is a varied and challenging role with responsibility for overseeing the daily operation of a compound within the Park. The compound manager will also be the main point of contact to the operations team, understanding their peaks in service and when they need the most support.
Compound Supervisor x 10
This is a variable role from mid July until mid September - £15 per hour.
You will organise the team to deliver goods and services to each venue or operating area, identifying peaks in service and trends in shortages or issues. You will also be responsible for the compound when the compound manager is unavailable.
