A Field Sales Executive / Lead Closer is sought to join this booming Direct Sales & Marketing company in Canterbury, Kent, to survey customer's homes and promote energy saving, cutting edge products.
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be joining a hugely successful organisation which offers excellent management opportunities for top performers and unrivalled earning potential. They provide exceptional low cost marketing solutions for an array of international, blue chip clients, and are currently pushing the Energy area of their business in a huge way!
You will be responsible for meeting customers in their homes and surveying their properties for energy saving products such as loft and cavity wall insulation, energy saving glass and solar panels.
TITLE: Field Sales Executive / Lead Closer
LOCATION: Canterbury, Kent
SALARY: £300 - £500 per week average earnings, plus accommodation allowance
This Field Sales Executive / Lead Closer role will suit an experienced sales professional, who is willing to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment. You will take part in an intensive training programme, to give you all the knowledge and skills you need to be hugely successful in this role.
The training programme includes the following:
- Structured personal development programme
- Full product training

- Daily support, mentoring and coaching sessions
The ideal Field Sales Executive / Lead Closer candidate will possess:
- A full, clean driving licence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a sales background would be advantageous, although this is not essential as full training will be given
- A high level of organisation skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Great communication skills; able to deal with staff, management, suppliers and clients alike
