We are currently looking for a number of Call Centre Operative's to join our casual workers team bringing strong customer assertiveness and professionalism. We are approximately turning over £9million per annum with 140 full time employees. We are now looking for approximately 20 people that either wants extra work, interim work or part-time only work.

Key requirements:
*Experience within a proven customer service environment
*Ability to converse with a variety of people over the phone

The role:
*Keep talk time with customers up at 20 minutes per hour
*Make around 35 calls per hour
*Create 7 - 8 leads a day
*Talk to customers and general public

We are currently looking for two or three enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team to be based at our main office on Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke. New business development is a fundamental part of this role. Building relationships, developing your pipeline and closing the sale. You will be confident and professional adapting your style accordingly within a business to business/B2B environment. You will have proven cold calling experience, be able to work under pressure and work effectively within a fast moving environment, keep in-line with market trends whilst maximising existing accounts by selling the lead generation concept with data and digital products.

Our employer is one of the largest off line lead generation companies in the UK so progression and development are for the taking. Training will be given so you are well equipped with the right tools. Hours of work - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Tuesday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch.
