The company advises on the preservation and realisation of assets as well as possible turnaround solutions for businesses in distress that are either inside or outside of a formal insolvency process. Advice is also provided on moratoria with creditors, debt restructuring options, informal arrangements and work-outs.

Starting salary is £18k - £25K with a similar amount guaranteed for 3 months. Thereafter £25K + commission with an OTE of £100K+.

MAIN DUTIES – RESTUCTURING & INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONER

The successful candidate will be required to:

 Liaise with professional introducers such as accountants and solicitors and outlining the options that their clients have.
 Meet with clients to discuss strategies and options
 Produce templated client proposals
 Liaise with suppliers as appropriate.

This is a very hands-on role which requires a combination of insolvency, accountancy & negotiation skills. The team deals with 80% corporate and 20% personal case work and you’ll be required to work primarily on corporate and rescue/recovery. You will have your own portfolio and delegation responsibilities and will be expected to handle each case from opening to resolution, working alongside the debtors, creditors and various official bodies ensuring that statutory requirements are met at all times.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – RESTUCTURING & INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONER
