Our client is recruiting graduates with a degree from a business discipline and some work experience in administration to fulfil the role of Manufacturing Services Co-ordinator in their product marketing and sales department. You will be the lynch-pin supporting the Asset Management and Product Marketing teams driving supplier relations, enhancing communication and focusing on service improvements that will drive more efficient update processes, more accurate information and assist top line sales.

Main duties and requirements of the job will include:

 Maintaining supplier purchase orders, ensuring the provision of delivery information is accurate and up-to date.
 Negotiate with supplier base, to improve delivery of product in line with company sales budgets and driving best in class On Time Delivery metrics.
 Proactively identify problematic orders, product areas, suppliers and work on both short and long term solutions to address them.
 Ensuring order amendments or queries are dealt with efficiently and provide order status information
 Providing first class customer service meeting all relevant SOP’s without compromising on quality of work.
 Involvement in additional projects when required

Candidates must have plenty of energy and enthusiasm, be focussed and self disciplined, able to use initiative and work accurately and effectively even when under pressure. You must be able to take direction and be flexible in approach and have good communication skills working in a multi cultural environment. European language skills are a great asset. Other useful relevant experience would be in order processing, customer service and database management and of course excellent IT skills are a must.
