Clinical Imaging Associate Uxbridge 12-month contract £26.50 / hour
Responsibilities would include ·Conduct set-up of clinical trials within the internal imaging system under limited supervision ·Proactively participating in a partnership with the matrix partners ·Ensuring trials are validated before going live ·Understanding the financial drivers and their role in decision making ·Ensuring that the conduct of imaging work meets GCP requirements ·Conducting image review against basic parameters (QC) ·Raising queries using eDC system or alternative ·Interacting with wider stakeholders, such as the CROs/vendors (Image Transfer CROs) and monitors. ·Proactively tracking timelines and identify issues in order to propose strategies to implement contingencies and risk planning to meet overall study/program goals. ·Inputting into study plans and processing documents. ·Forecast and monitor data volumes within studies and/or across programs. ·Conducting end-of-study learning debriefs for study team. ·Providing input into process improvement initiatives. ·Identifying and disseminating best practices and standardization ·Assuring the quality of the deliverables. ·Facilitating effective communication and teamwork
The Imaging Associate will be expected to make basic and routine decision regarding trials independently, and have guidance from the imaging manager for more complete decisions. They will be responsible for identifying the need for resources and driving their allocation as needed to ensure on-time delivery of assigned studies.
Role Requirements ·Bachelors degree or equivalent, major course of study in Science or Health-related preferred ·2 years experience in clinical research ·Strong computer literacy ·Awareness of GCP and its application to clinical trials ·Interpersonal skills associated with working in a matrix team ·Solid understanding of clinical practices. ·Understands impact of changes and is able to apply changes to study design and potentially program level decisions
