The Role:
A fantastic permanent position has arose at one of the region’s leading insurance specialists working within their exciting call centre based in Leeds starting IMMEDIATELY!
You will be dealing with inbound customer calls from both home and motor insurance customers and dealing with general queries and policy amendments.
You will also be dealing with both internal and external clients and dealing with any client complaints on an ongoing basis.
The Hours
The hours are 0830 – 1700 Monday – Friday (no weekends) working a 37.5 hour week with1 hour for lunch and 2 x 10min breaks (AM/PM).

The Experience Needed:
You must have worked within an insurance brokerage and will have experience in BOTH the home and motor insurance arenas.
You should also have a working knowledge of the Electra M3 software package

The right candidate must be motivated and organised and can work on their own initiative.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with one of the leading finance companies of over 700 people. My client is looking to recruit a new team of collections negotiators to start in February due to expansion.
Speed is off the essence as interviews are being held now for start dates in mid February.
Main Duties Include:
You will be working in a buzzing and vibrant call centre where you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. Through using first class customer service skills and keen negotiation you will be helping customers enter into payment plans to resolve their debt issues.
Experience Required:
No previous experience of collections is necessary but you do need to be able to demonstrate either target driven call centre experience or have worked in a target orientated sales role to be successfully short-listed.
You will be results driven, good communication skills, like working in structured environments, and have an ethos of "if the job is worth doing its worth doing well".
Benefits:
Free on site parking, and a healthy commission structure, with a call centre bonus just for being in your job! Your first year will see your bonus at £1,500 and £2,500 pa each year after.

The Role:
The position is for maternity cover within the marketing department for a Fixed Term Contract for of minimum of 5 months. You will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating and implementing PR, managing social media activity, creative marketing collateral and creating graphic artwork for the website as well as other duties.
The Hours:
The role is Monday to Friday 9am – 530pm with an hour for lunch.
