A leading firm of IFAs, specialising in wealth management is looking to recruit a Practise Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to mould a new role in a growing business.
The remit of the role involves managing the administration team of four Administrators and ensuring the efficient use of the back office system Intelliflo as well as managing the business workload. Organising the Managing Directors support team (2 x Paraplanner, 1 x Trainee Advisor, 1 x PA) ensuring suitable support chain structure. The successful candidate will implement and run the annual T&C scheme, the compliance function, staff development plans, generate management information, run and analyse KPIs and conduct file reviews on a quarterly basis. You will be responsible for updating and improving systems, proformas, suitability reports, processes and procedures. Health and safety, risk assessment and recruitment will also fall into the remit of the role.
This is an exciting, multi-disciplined role for the right candidate, one with real influence and decision making. The successful candidate will have ideally come from an IFA background and have good investment product knowledge. They will have up to date industry regulatory knowledge and will understand the changes and implications of RDR.

A leading firm of IFAs specialising in wealth management are looking for an Administrator, initially on a 6 month contract, with the potential to make permanent for the right candidate.
Working with three other experienced Administrators, supporting nine IFAs, this is a busy and demanding role. The role entails front end business processing, valuations and transferring meeting files onto the paperless system Intelliflo.
The successful candidate will come from an IFA background and will either have held an administration role previously, or will perhaps be from an Advisor / compliance background, wanting to move away from being client facing role or having as much regulatory responsibility.

The Role
The key responsibility of the role is to coordinate the daily operations and procedures within the business support team and manage the team in an effective and motivational way. Duties will include:
