Lead analyst/ project manager/ consultant with experience of managing a team and taking full responsibility for your team's contribution within projects.
Candidate Requirements:
*Qualified well, (2:1 degree) in a related analytical sphere: math's, business information systems, physics or similar.
*Someone with a minimum of four years' experience in Business Analysis (potentially acquired whilst carrying out a variety of roles) implementing and changing business focused software solutions.
*You will have shown the ability to understand complex business areas quickly and work closely with development teams to solve problems.
*Experienced in owning projects from initial requirements gathering through to implementation.
*Ideally someone with experience in London Market Insurance but we often recruit from outside of this industry (and outside of financial services) and are willing to support people who are keen to learn this business domain.
*Experienced in working for a software house or consultancy or have a desire to move away from an in-house environment with a clear understanding of the challenges this brings.
*Keen to be based in London (where all our clients have their head office) but willing to travel within the UK to work with our client's back office teams, to Malaga to visit our development team and occasionally to gather requirements from our client's international offices.
