As an agency Education Professionals are selective on several categories; you must want to raise achievement and fundamentally want to help the children you teach. Have strong behaviour management skills, be well presented at all times and strive to be a role model at our Schools, Academies and LEA’s. You must also have a valid Enhanced CRB and hold QTS or relevant teaching qualifications with the right to work in the UK.
