Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Communication:- In liaison with the Head of Administration develop and maintain the quality of the Estates website, independently write and proactively process received web updates and regularly obtain customer feedback with a view to continuously improve this service.

Service Delivery:- To review the existing office systems and procedures and where appropriate devise, deliver and manage new solutions to include sickness absence and planned leave monitoring, divisional training records database, current records management and archiving, recruitment, divisional induction for new staff, hospitality register, office equipment register and maintenance contracts, meeting rooms bookings, Equirac print management, list.serve and Outlook contact lists for effective communication with Estates staff and other key contacts, divisional organigrams and staff phone listings etc.

To act as a secretary to FM System Upgrade Project Board and Estates-ITS liaison meetings: create a schedule and invite attendees, prepare agendas, collate and circulate any supporting documentation, chase up on action points, take minutes and organise hospitality when required.

About you:

You will have excellent IT skills covering latest versions of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Internet Explorer.

You will have a working knowledge of the environmental and sustainability agenda in relation to office administration and support services.

You will have working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, Ms Publisher, Ms Projects and Visio.

You must have experience in the use of an electronic Facilities Management System (i.e. Planon), or equivalent.

DescriptionRegister your CV For over 30's years this M&E contractor has been providing building services solutions to its client base across the country. Due to internal restructuring they now have a requirement for an Electrical Estimator to work on a number of projects to a wide range of clients, from independent to Blue Chip companies.

Working on projects from the Justice, hospitality, retail, housing, healthcare sectors you will be responsible for pricing up projects with an Electrical value of up to £3million. Duties include:

- Production of competitive tenders / detailed estimates for pre-design or D&B projects up to £1.5million
- Produce schedule of Rates and accurate Measured Term Contracts
- Attend of pre & post tender interviews
- Ensuring sub-contractor quotes comply with specification
- Completing take-offs from tender drawings
- Complying specialist sub-contact quotes

You will have working knowledge of Estimation and Amtech software packages.

DescriptionRegister your CV Leading main contractor who operate in a variety of sectors are looking to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on rail biased projects in the company's expanding rail division.

Reporting to the Associate Director the successful candidate will lead the delivery of electrical services across multiple projects, as part of a single or multi discipline design team.

You will become the technical authority on rail issues within the electrical services department and assist in the mentoring and development of engineers.

Degree qualified with comprehensive and current knowledge of the assurance demanded by rail customers.

Experience of major projects within a variety of business sectors in addition to over-ground and underground rail (typically education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, aviation)
