We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to manage the customer help desk.

The ideal candidate will be:

A confident, calm and methodical person. Able to communicate clearly and motivate a team of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

ESSENTIAL - They will have experience of supervising or managing a customer service desk, preferably supporting the end users of a business application such as Sage, ACT, Access, Pegasus or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

## ESSENTIAL - Business application knowledge e.g. ERP or CRM gained within an IT Reseller or Consultancy.##

The person will thrive on the pressures that daily customer issues bring and gain satisfaction from seeing these issues resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

The successful candidate will be managing two staff and approx 70 customers.

Due to expansion they require an Advanced Quality Engineer who has the primary purpose to drive and support Quality System Improvements and APQP process implementation on high risk and/or new suppliers, in order to achieve a consistent high level of PPAP submission and quality performance with all their plants.

Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Manufacturing on the supplier leverage activities and support the Products Program Management:

Process for key program critical Suppliers, by using the knowledge of Corporate Quality procedures. The SQ Managers and the AQE provide a link with all our plants and the Supply base in their geographic location and promote to those Suppliers the quality system requirements of our products.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in supply chain management/development activities

Experience in plant operations

Project management experience (preferred)

Quality Certification (CQA/CQE) or EOQ Quality System Manager (preferred)

Expertise in problem solving methodology and problem eradication

Experience with quality system implementation

Knowledge in Continuous Improvement methodologies

Knowledge of main corporate procedure linked to Supplier quality

Be able to diplomatically manage objectives and at the same time be persuasive and assertive in meeting objectives to timelines

Confident to play a management role at suppliers level

Be fluent in English, both oral and written (and preferably in other language(s) used in geographic area of responsibility)

Ideally Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent, but not essential

Auditor accreditation for system and process
Knowledge of main automotive quality management system: TS 16949 and quality tools (AIAG, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP)
