My client, a very well established, market leading international organisation is recruiting for someone to join their internal sales team.
The role will focus on taking incoming calls from a range of clients, processing their orders based on stock levels and their requirements and ensuring the products are delivered on time. You will provide quotes and samples and will be encouraged to up sell and cross sell (in a non-aggressive way) whenever possible. You will also be required to contact existing clients to maintain relationships, service levels and maximise sales (NOT COLD CALLING). This is a fast moving environment that will involve working with other professionals to ensure high levels of service are attained.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales and/or customer services within a business to business environment - this is essential! You will be confident with Microsoft Office and happy to work from a database (CRM system). Full product training will be provided. Whilst it is by no means essential, a second language would be a bonus, particularly Spanish.
