Main Roles:
Resource planning. Provide technical support for engineers and customers. Liaise effectively with the service dispatch coordinator to ensure that all maintenance work is completed and technicians have the necessary means to correct and maintain all aspects. Coordinate movements of field technicians as and when required in reaction to breakdowns and other necessary requirements. Ensure that reports are accurate to the maintenance schedules and update and maintain the Reports database where necessary. Ordering of all material necessary to complete scheduled maintenance, necessary upgrades. Ensure that the journal is accurate and updated where and when necessary. Coordinate the material order flow and liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure an adequate and constant supply of stock and parts. Installation remaining task. Working with other departments and technicians to create snagging lists for the Engineers Demonstrate written plans of work for the week. Check, maintain and produce E-Service reports. Our client based in Huntingdon are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills to work 37.5 hours per week which will be between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sundays on a rota basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a busy customer service team where you will be providing a high level of service to customers over the telephone.
You will be taking high volumes of inbound calls from customers with regards to technical and non-technical queries.
