Project and Planning Manager required for an expanding education facility in North Kent. A well established education and training college is looking to develop its business to attract external parties. The purpose of this newly created role is to develop business planning within the organisation, monitor progress towards key business objectives and ensure actions required to achieve objectives are carried out. You will be joining a positive and professional environment and have an opportunity to personally influence the ongoing success of the contract.
The person appointed will lead the following tasks:
� Strategic and Business Development planning
� Third Party Income Generation management and planning

We are seeking an experienced document controller to be the central controller for our Client in its dealings with their Alliance Partners within the power sector. Your experience and general capabilities are more important than the software system you have used as training can be provided for this. This is an excellent opportunity for a middle ranking document controller who wishes to progress their career. Role Outcome
To have sufficient technical and administrative knowledge to establish, use, monitor and report on all internal and external Document Control requirements in line with office, partners and client procedures.

Develop measurement systems and produce periodic results to review effectiveness.

Assisting project managers, engineers, planners and CAD designers in the management and implementation of all document control and drawing management systems.
Provide monthly drawing/document status report for each project to project coordinators for every stage of the schemes, including As-Builts.
Attend Pan Alliance Drawing Best Practise Meeting
Monitor the quick and efficient return of all project drawings for As-built, including inputting data into the Clients partners KPI for drawing delivery.

Main Purpose of Role
Support the Quality Assurance Team in performing and reporting activities related to the Quality Assurance function in order to satisfy internal procedures, Regulatory Authorities, Customers and Global QA requirements.
