My client, a well established commercial vehicle main dealer is actively seeking to employ a skilled and experienced Tail Lift Engineer for their depot.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake general servicing, maintenance and weight testing on a variety of manufacturers tail lifts. For this role you must have a LOLER weight testing certificate.
You will generally be working in a state of the art workshop facility with all required specialist tools at hand to complete your duties, you will also be required to attend break downs on a call out basis as and when required.

My client, a well established fleet hire company is currently seeking to employ a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to work on a night shift for one of their depot's in the Manchester area.
The successful candidate MUST have full City & Guilds / NVQ Level three qualifications or industry equivalent and MUST hold either a Class 1 or 2 HGV Driving Licence.
Hours of work are from 18:00 - 06:00 Monday - Thursday, or a 4 on 3 off shift pattern. Optional overtime is available during the week or at the weekends paid at an increased rate of pay.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake general servicing and maintenance on a large fleet of light and heavy commercial vehicles. You will also be required to undertake major overhauls as and when required. Knowledge of Hydraulics and Auto Electrics would be beneficial but not essential for this role.
The hourly rate for this role will be £12.28 per hour, optional overtime at an increased rate is available.

Based in a busy workshop environment you will be required to undertake all levels of maintenance, repairs and major over hauls as well as completing standard servicing and diagnostics
You must be capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion
Candidates must have the following attributes:
Be apprentice trained and qualified to City & Guilds level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
Having a C + E (class 1) driving licence is beneficial but not essential
To be considered for our positions you must have worked in the motor trade within the last two years in an identical role.
