Salary: £17k (OTE £26k)
Do you have a proven background in sourcing new business within an online media sales environment? Do you want to get on the phones and build a client base which in return will earn you excellent bonuses?
Working as an integral part of one of the UK's biggest career websites whose website matches our candidates with their perfect jobs. We are looking to recruit a number of dynamic and talented Recruitment Sales / New Business Development Executive to join the already successful team in Leeds. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting prospective clients and directing them to the businesses specialist recruitment services.
As the Recruitment Sales / New Business Development Executive, you will actively promote and sell recruitment advertising and its benefits to SMEs throughout the UK, all the while understanding each client's specific recruitment needs and providing a suitable solution using our company portfolio.

Recruitment Sales / New Business Development Executive Person Specification: " Solid experience in sales is essential " Track record in a 100% new business role " Experience in completing the sale from start to finish (not just appointment setting) " Online media sales experience is ideal but not essential " An understanding of the recruitment industry " Excellent communication skills " Excellent listening and questioning skills " Tenacity " Ability to work independently and manage your own workload " Smart and presentable
