But overall, you need to be extremely effective at building relationships quickly and professionally. Sales Manager Leading Oxford Health Club up to 25K basic plus bonus and relocation package We are looking for a Sales Manager to continue with the success that this club has experienced and grow the membership base. Having been established in Oxford for a number of years, it is a well-known and well-loved club in a great location. The Sales Manager will also be involved in the running of every aspect of this club from operations to fitness to sales so we are ideally looking for a real all-rounder. This will aid the successful candidates progression through to becoming a General Manager in the future; developing the team is something this club and company has an excellent track record of delivering. To be considered you will be an experienced sales consultant, preferably within the health and fitness market who has managed sales teams and budgets before. You will be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members, not a back office manager so an outgoing disposition is essential. You will have your own sales target each month but key to your success will be your leadership, development and coaching of your sales team and engaging with the front of house team to ensure the best possible service levels for prospective members. In addition to a competitive basic salary, you will be on track to earn generous monthly commission as well as enhanced incentives.
