Our client, a large main contractor whose work load is heavily biased with Retailers have a roll out refitting Kiosks within Petrol stations for a Food Retailer. Each project will likley be a 7-10 days programme from start to finish before moving on. The client is likely to require as many as 5 Site Managers with proven retail fit out experience to manage this roll out, reporting into a visiting Project manager.
The role will involve a couple of days in the office looking at the project, organising sub contractors, looking at the programme etc, site set up. liaising with the client and consultants through to managing sub contractors and direct trades, Health & Safety, progress etc. The successful individuals must possess valid CSCS Card, First Aid at work, SMSTS AND a SPA/UKPIA qualification which is specific to this type of work.
The projects are likley to start in circa 6 weeks time and the roll out shoul be for 12-16 weeks minimum.

Our client a well recognised construction company are looking to engage the services of a freelance secretary / Document Controller on a part time basis for a year plus contract.
The role is likely to require 25 - 30 hours per week and ideally 5 days between 0900 - 1400 or 3 full days. They will also accommodate someone who has children and will need to start later and end earlier. The role will involve managing the online construction drawing register and updating this. They use their own in house system so some training will be provided. Other duties will include answering the phone, general administration, ordering stationary, filing and working within a friendly team. There is a chance that the role will be full time 5 days a week for the right candidate.
