Due to expansion, my client is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Assessor to work on a singular site in Manchester City Centre.
My client is recruiting for a Customer Service (levels 2 & 3), Business Administration (levels 2 & 3), Team Leading and Management Assessor.
Essential Experience:
- Proven ability to train and assess learners in vocational qualifications, key skills and technical certificates in the workplace
- D32/33 or A1/A2 qualifications
- Current knowledge of H&S requirements
- Working knowledge of QCA Code of Practice
- Experience of Apprenticeship frameworks
- PTTLS qualified or working towards
Desirable Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in relevant occupational area
- Experience of working with Awarding Bodies
- Understanding of employers demand for workplace skills development
- D34 or V1 (or working towards)
- Knowledge of the eNVQ e-portfolio system
This is a freelance position paying a daily rate of £110.00 per day with a requirement for a 3 day a week commitment. This is relative to numbers being held on the caseload.

Compliance Operations Manager
This company is an established and fast growing mortgage network with its Head Office based in Derby.An internal reorganisation of the Compliance department has created a vacancy for an Operations Manager. This role is full time and based at Head Office.
The Role
Reporting to the Compliance Director the role covers:
• Managing the Recruitment Support function to ensure all advisor, business and introducer paperwork is processed and vetted through to appointment
• Ensuring ongoing fitness and propriety of all advisers, business principals and staff
• Ensuring financial monitoring requirements of firms and advisers is met
• Managing the Sales Quality to team to ensure business checks are met to meet the requirements of the business and the T&C Scheme
