Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Manager to manage their busy team on a 2 3 month temporary period.
All applicants applying for this role must have resident liaison experience at a management level and should be available to interview and start work immediately.
The successful individual will be responsible for overall delivery of resident liaison and customer care for the contract.
The RLM will develop key contacts with the client, key operational staff, residents and the wider community managing and providing direction and support to the Resident Liaison Team ensuring key objectives are defined and regular communication takes place.
A minimum of 4 years experience working at a management level within a relevant resident liaison operational position is essential along with an understanding of Local Authority.
Experience of developing strategies and business plans for customer care, organising, motivating, leading and monitoring employees, delivering operational results (KPIs) and experience of problem diagnosis, analysis and solutions implementation.
Hours of work are likely to be 40 hours per week between 8.00am 6.00pm.
Temporary hourly rate will be based on a permanent salary of £30,000.

Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to work within a professional down to earth organisation within the internal sales / account management team.
The purpose of this position is to answer all incoming calls, servicing and processing customers orders whilst always up selling products in order to increase sales activity.
Duties:
Managing and maintaining your own existing customer base
Maximising customer order value and ensuring customers place regular orders
Promoting and selling in new and additional products
Achieving weekly and monthly targets
Completing other administration as is necessary to the role
Key Skills:
You should have a fantastic telephone manner and the ability to build a rapport over the telephone quickly
You should have experience and a proven track record in an internal sales, call centre or account management environment
You should be confident, positive, professional and enthusiastic
Ideally applicants will be car drivers however the company are accessible via the local bus route, numbers 123, 179 & 128.
Hours of work are Monday Friday 8.30am 5.00pm with 20 days holiday.
Salary per annum is £18,000 and when hitting targets, this person can achieve a yearly OTE of £20,000 - £22,000.
