Pathfinder Recruitment is an independently owned and managed recruitment company. We provide consultancy services to candidates and clients in both the private and public sectors. We specialise in Professional Services recruitment and the supply of contract, permanent and interim personnel.
With over 14 years experience we have a proven track record in providing first class recruitment services to the following market sectors: Nuclear, Defence, Energy, Mining & Minerals, Environmental, Financial Services, Insurance, Technology & IT.
We recruit for operational support and all stages of a project from planning and costing through to delivery and hand over to client. In turn, supplying contract and permanent candidates, from all disciplines, at all levels from graduates to board-level directors.
Our approach is a partnering relationship between ourselves and our clients and candidates. One when information can flow freely and where the values of honesty, integrity and trust are as important to us as the professionalism in which we conduct our services and in which we pride ourselves upon.
