We have more than 60 years of recruitment experience between us, and it would be easy to sit back and assume we know everything there is to know. But that's never true. It was through listening to your needs that we developed the Recruit12 approach: a service that not only shares the risk and smooth's the cash flow, but instils confidence and commitment throughout the recruitment process.

Businesses prosper by listening to what clients really want and the message that came through to us repeatedly was the absolute importance of candidates 'staying the distance'. Churn was a word that we kept hearing, and it's a word we don't like.
