Our client, a successful web design company that develops innovative websites and custom web applications is looking to recruit a talented Web Project Coordinator with some experience of web design technologies, HTML, CSS and ideally some basic knowledge of building websites.

Our client requires a suitable Web Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of numerous client-led projects for their website development / consultancy side of the business. Working closely with the Operations Manager you will strengthen the existing team by bringing demonstrable experience of coordinating projects in a similar fast-paced environment whilst retaining a high level quality of work.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates will need demonstrable experience of coordinating/delivering client-led projects from conception to completion in similar technical environments. This experience will be supplemented with the adaptable, confident communication style necessary to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients alike.

You will also have significant demonstrable experience of managing off-shore teams as this will form a key element of the role.

Although this is a technical environment and an understanding of the technologies and terminology will be necessary, of more importance is the ability to ensure that the projects and resources are coordinated and any challenges are met with a positive can-do attitude.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Online / Website Content Editor within our clients' On Line team. This role will report directly to the Customer Service and Retail Support Manager

Job Purpose:

Ensuring customers who order from our client on Amazon Germany have the best possible experience. You will need to be a fluent in spoken and written German.

This job has two main responsibilities:

* Responding to incoming calls and emails from German customers who have ordered via Amazon Germany.
* Writing product descriptions in German to appear on Amazon Germany.

Responsibilities

- To deal quickly and efficiently with escalated customer enquiries or complaints by phone, post or email.
- Tracking progress on current customer orders.
- Efficient administration of relevant paperwork
- Liaising with customers to ensure positive feedback standards are maintained.
- Liaise closely with other internal departments.
- Writing fun, helpful and easy to read product descriptions in German.
- Using the Hybris content management system to input product information and descriptions.
- Working with the Web Editor and the Online Sales and Merchandising Manager to manage workload and prioritising products for creation.

Skills

- Fluent written and spoken German is essential.
- Able to manage day-to-day workload of answering customer enquiries against the long term project of adding our clients' entire range of products to Amazon Germany.
- A strong writer with a passion for exciting, informative copy and an understanding of what works well on the web.
- Understanding of content management systems, HTML, Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of retail sector and products for children
- Enthusiastic and professional telephone manner.
- Patient and diplomatic.
- Excellent grammar and computer skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and excellent problem solver and decision maker.
- Knowledge of Trading Standards directives would be an advantage.

The Junior Digital Designer role is ideal for someone who adapts well to a rapidly changing environment

The Junior Digital Designer position is for someone who oozes passion for all things digital, whilst looking for a platform to showcase their creative skills and who has an outstanding and electrifying creative flair.

The successful Junior Digital Designer will join our clients' in-house creative team, providing support in the day to day design projects across the Company Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and front-end development of landing pages for new incentives and client campaigns
• Create affiliate banners and acquisition/client email creatives to best practice standards
• Develop and maintain the look and feel of company group websites including content updates
• Design marketing collateral including product leaflets and presentations with the Marketing/Sales
• Ensure designs are produced on time and to a high quality in some cases inline with client’s brand guidelines. Clients include E.ON, British Gas, William Hill and O2 to name a few.

Key Skills

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe CS5 suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash), MS Word and MS PowerPoint

• Good experience and understanding of CSS is essential
