You are a senior manager, preferably RN, with excellent organisational and managerial skills seeking a new challenge where you will be responsible for managing and developing services for older people in a well-respected charitable home.
This 44 bed care centre near Hungerford, Berkshire, is owned by the Brendoncare Foundation. It offers nursing care for physically frail older people and has a 10 bed unit for the mentally frail too. It has been specifically designed to enable older people to live independent, happy and fulfilling lives.
As Care Centre Manager you will be operationally responsible for all services and the leadership of all staff.
You will need to build a high local profile for yourself and the Centre, engaging with key health managers, general practitioners and local residents to ensure that you are able to work together to develop services that continue to meet local demand.
